The same journey for every product. Only the activation step differs: a cloud workspace or a licence on your own machine.
Start from your industry page: the workflow and the apps that fit it.
Each app page states its position: what it does today and what is not built.
An interactive demo in your browser on sample data, no account and no card.
A personal account, then an organisation. Invite your team later with defined roles.
Open a ready demo workspace in one click, or create your own straight away. No card, no silent charge.
Price, fees, tax and billing frequency are all visible before you agree.
After confirmed payment a licence is issued. You activate on your machine or open your workspace.
Clear roles: owner, manager, billing, member.
Three scenes that run in your browser on sample data. The interaction really changes the data, and each scene has a full written walkthrough.
A contract, a schedule, a collection and an arrears report, on the same logic the program uses.
A table, an order, a kitchen screen and a bill, with each dish deducted from the store room.
Project lines, executed quantities, spend, the progress claim and the cost variance.
Three levels. The state shown for each is its actual state today, not what is planned.
A simulation that runs in your browser with no account. It is not the production system.
Available once a web edition of the product exists.
Through an isolated Windows environment or a supervised session, once that path is built.
The isolated Windows environment and session streaming are not built. What is available today is a supervised trial over a call, or downloading the program after purchase.
The twenty cloud apps can be tried in full in a ready workspace, in one click. The desktop instalments program is different: a desktop program does not become a web app by uploading an executable. A real cloud trial needs either a web edition of the product or a streamed, isolated desktop session, and neither is built. Until then we offer the teaching demo and a supervised trial, and we say so rather than calling a simulation a “cloud trial”.
Yes. “Try it now” opens a real workspace for a demo company with data in every cloud app. Everything you do in it really happens, but nothing is sent from it, and it is deleted after 24 hours.
No. It is a teaching simulation running in your browser on sample data. Its calculation logic is the same as the product’s, but it stores nothing and sends no invoices or messages.
No. Nobody on a trial is charged without explicitly authorising it. The development default is fourteen days with no card; the final period is approved before launch.
Because that path is not built. Running a Windows program for a customer over the internet needs an isolated environment and a streamed session, and that work has not been done. Presenting a simulation as cloud hosting would be a false claim.
We ask before it ends: keep your real data or start fresh. Demo data is never moved into paid books automatically.
