Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of the JooDax site and the services available through it. Use of a particular product is also governed by its own licence agreement.

Anything listed in the catalog as “coming soon” is not an offer for sale and not a commitment to a launch date. A product having a page does not mean it is available.

Your personal account is separate from the organisation you belong to. The organisation is the contracting party and owns the subscriptions, licences and data.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

The organisation owner assigns roles. Removing a member does not delete the records they created.

No price appears on this site before it has been approved. Where no approved price is shown, the route is a written quotation.

Every fee, term, tax and billing frequency is shown before you agree. Nothing is added afterwards.

Your order keeps a snapshot of the price, currency, tax and terms at the time of purchase. A later change to the price list does not touch a paid order or an approved quotation.

We make no claim of tax compliance or e-invoicing certification for any product unless it is stated explicitly on that product page with its certification reference.

The interactive demos on this site are teaching simulations, not the production system, and create no commitment about product features.

Features and availability differ by country, deployment type and version. The product page is the reference.

We make reasonable efforts to operate the service and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

For desktop products whose data is stored on your own machine, backing up that data is your responsibility.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

A subscription ending or being cancelled does not delete your data. Read access and export remain under the licence agreement.
