Terms for using JooDax software installed on your own machines.
The licence grants the right to use the software on the number of devices stated on the licence itself, within your organisation, for the stated period.
It may not be resold, rented or shared outside the licensed organisation.
The software needs an internet connection at first activation and for periodic checks afterwards.
If the connection drops, the software keeps working for the grace period stated on the licence. After that it needs a connection to re-check.
Revoking a licence does not take effect instantly on an offline machine; it takes effect at the next connection, or when the grace period runs out. We claim nothing stronger.
You can move an activation from one machine to another from the customer portal, within the device limit. It is done as one operation so the seat is not lost in between.
In desktop products your data is stored on your own machine. We neither own it nor access it.
A subscription ending ends the right to updates and support. It does not delete your data, and read access and export remain under this agreement.
We do not claim the technical licence protection is impossible to bypass. The digital signature makes a forged licence detectable; it does not make the software impossible to modify.
