What we collect and why, how long we keep it, and your rights.
Account data: name, email address and preferred language. Organisation data: name, country, billing details and a tax registration number where you have one.
Operational data: sign-in sessions, a device fingerprint when a licence is activated, and audit records for sensitive actions.
We do not store payment card data. Card transactions happen on the provider’s own page and the details never pass through our servers.
IP addresses are stored hashed, never in the clear, and are used only to limit abuse.
An activation device fingerprint is also stored hashed. We need it to count devices and transfer activations; it is not usable to track the machine anywhere else.
Licence keys are stored as a hash, not as text. They never appear in full in logs, in analytics or in any public link.
No customer data is sent to any external AI service without the organisation explicitly enabling it and consenting. The feature is off by default.
When it is enabled, the provider, the scope of data sent and its retention will be documented before release.
We use one cookie, required for the sign-in session. There are no analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
We count views of the public site’s pages to learn which pages are useful. The counting happens on our own server, with no cookie and nothing stored in your browser, and none of it is sent to any third party.
No record is kept of individual visits. For each day we keep only a number per page, with the name of the site you came from (not the full link), the device type (phone or computer) and the page language. No IP address and no identifier of yours is kept, so the numbers cannot be tied to a person.
Workspace pages after sign-in and the admin are never counted. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, your visit is not counted at all.
You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Requests are carried out so far as they do not conflict with accounting or statutory obligations to retain invoices.
Requirements differ by country and are reviewed per market before commercial launch there.
