Automatic renewal requires a stored payment method and your explicit authorisation.
An upgrade takes effect immediately with a pro-rata credit for the unused part of the current period.
A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next period and is never applied retroactively.
A failed payment starts a published grace period with notifications, before the service is suspended.
Suspension does not delete data; read access and export remain under the terms.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the service continues until then.
